Plan an AI host behind your existing e& or du number
Try the browser demo now. A restaurant phone pilot needs carrier qualification, a tested connection and a working staff fallback.
Guests keep dialing the number they already know
The planned pilot keeps the number on Google Maps, your Instagram bio and your menus with your restaurant. We need to qualify your exact carrier and line before confirming how calls can reach Onla.
Review the setup you already have
Bring your carrier, phone-system and booking-system details to the walkthrough. We assess the connection and any changes needed before agreeing a pilot.
How Onla sits behind your line
We are working toward a connection behind the restaurant's existing line. Busy, unanswered or after-hours routing depends on your carrier and phone setup; it is not part of the live browser demo.
Qualify the exact e& / du plan
Confirm supported routing, destination, charges and written authority for your restaurant's plan before changing the line.
Check the PBX and staff fallback
A PBX or SIP connection needs a tested media path and a working fallback to your team. We have not yet qualified this for a live restaurant pilot.
The getting-started path
We agree a go-live date after checking your phone setup. We load your menu, floor map and booking rules, configure forwarding, and test a complete booking together before Onla answers guest calls. See Getting started.
What guests notice — and what your team sees
Guests can ask about availability, book a table and discuss private-event requests in a natural conversation.
Bookings and requests your team can review
Your team can review saved bookings and requests that need a person. A recorded request does not mean a callback or message has already reached the guest.
Try the demo floor
Call our AI host on the Marsala, Dubai Marina demo on the homepage, then book a walkthrough on your own floor rules. Pricing is agreed on that call — contact-only, no packaged AED tiers on this page. See Pricing.
Questions restaurants ask
Do we need a new phone system or CRM?
We first review your existing carrier, phone system and booking setup. The planned path keeps your restaurant's number, but any connection or equipment requirements must be qualified before a pilot.
Does our published number change?
Keeping your published number is the planned approach. The exact busy, unanswered or after-hours routing still needs carrier confirmation and a tested connection.
Are calls recorded?
Saved guest-call recordings and a staff recording viewer are not currently offered. Any guest recording setup needs an agreed notice, consent process and retention policy before it is enabled.
What if our telephony setup is unusual?
We qualify every restaurant's exact setup, including the carrier plan, administrator access, media connection and staff fallback. We do not promise compatibility before those checks.
What does it cost?
A monthly plan per venue, with no setup fee and no annual lock-in: cancel any month. Pricing is agreed on the walkthrough — there are no public AED tiers.
