Onla knowledge, set by your team

Your hours, booking rules, today's note and the answers your team publishes, in one Setup tab that Amira reads before every call.

How setup works

Amira is only as right as what she has been told. The workspace's Setup tab now holds everything she reads before each call, your team edits it like any settings page, and a change applies on the very next call.

Edits apply on the next call

Save a change in Setup and the next caller hears it, with no restart. Table availability follows the same settings, so Amira offers only what your rules allow.

In SetupWhat it decides

How far aheadThe furthest date a guest can book
Largest groupThe biggest party Amira books directly

Today's note

Some things are true for one day only, like a terrace closed for a private event. Today's note holds up to 280 characters for exactly that, and it expires within seven days, so an old note never outlives its day.

A caller asks; Amira looks it up in what your team set and answers from it. Marsala, our sample restaurant.

Questions Amira couldn't answer

When a caller asks something Amira can't answer, the question lands in Setup. Owners and managers write the answer and publish it, and hosts can save a draft for them to check.

Test before guests call

Test calls from the workspace book into a practice copy of your book, never the real one, and they never alert your staff. An eight-item checklist shows what is left before go-live, and “What Amira knows” shows the exact text Amira reads.
