Search, an assistant and a tour in the workspace
Find any guest, booking or setting in a keystroke, and let the assistant draft the changes your team applies.
Mid-service, nobody has time to hunt through settings. The Onla workspace now has search on every page, an assistant that drafts changes for your team to approve, a short tour for new staff and a test call one tap away.
Find anything with ⌘K
Press ⌘K, Ctrl K or / on any page. Search finds pages, settings, actions and connections, guests by name, phone number or booking reference, and open requests. Pick a setting and the page scrolls straight to it.
An assistant that drafts, your team applies
Tell the assistant what changed and it drafts the edit as a card: today's note, opening hours, special days, booking rules, venue details, knowledge, bookings, walk-ins and tables. The card is checked on the server first, and nothing is saved until someone on your team presses Apply.
Apply goes through the same checks as an edit made by hand, so permissions and table availability hold exactly as they do in the rest of the workspace.
| You ask | The assistant drafts |
|---|---|
| “We close at 22:00 this Friday” | A special day with the new closing time |
| “Table for four at 20:00 tonight for Rania” | A booking, checked against free tables |
| “Add that we have valet parking” | A knowledge entry for Amira |
| “Seat a walk-in of two” | A walk-in on a free table |
Quicker service screens
Today opens with four quick actions: add a reservation, seat a walk-in, write today's note and place a test call. The sidebar is grouped into Service, Amira and Workspace, and a short tour walks new staff through it.
In Connections, each provider shows its logo with step-by-step help for finding what to paste.
