Amira settles allergy questions, complaints and arrangements
Write your allergen statement, your complaint policy and the arrangements you offer once. Amira works inside them on every call.
A guest's question shouldn't wait for someone to ring back. With the autonomy release of 22 and 23 October, Amira finishes more requests herself, inside the setup you write: private rooms with set menus and deposits, allergy and halal questions, complaints, and arrangements such as a birthday cake.
What Amira settles herself
Setup has a section called What Amira settles herself. You write three things there once, and Amira uses them as you wrote them.

Private rooms with set menus and deposits
Add set menus and a deposit rule in Setup, and Amira books the room with a set menu that fits the group, takes each guest's choice and tells them the deposit: the amount, the deadline and how to pay, in your words.
A question she can't answer yet
When a guest asks something your information doesn't cover, Amira says so plainly and finishes the rest of the call. The question appears in Teach Amira. Answer it once and she uses your answer on every call after, with no publish step.
